What You'll Do

  • Build robust backend services and REST APIs with Python.
  • Design automation pipelines that remove manual busywork.
  • Integrate AI models and LLM APIs into real products.
  • Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for reliable data flows.
  • Write clean, tested, well-documented code that lasts.
  • Ship to the cloud and keep services fast and observable.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–5 years of experience — early-career to mid welcome.
  • Experience building any real or prototype application.
  • A working prototype we can review — that's what we check.
  • Solid Python fundamentals and a framework like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
  • Comfort with databases, APIs, and scripting day to day.
  • A bias for clean code, automation, and shipping fast.
